Can You Make a Rush Order?
Can you make a rush order?
Yes. Rush production is a flat $125 and typically saves about a week, bringing delivery to roughly two weeks from design approval instead of three. Whether a rush is possible depends on your quantity, your required date, and current production capacity, so send us your in-hands date as early as you can and we will confirm what is achievable.
Before you pay for it: standard delivery is already 21 days or less from design approval with free express shipping included. A good share of what people call a rush fits inside the normal timeline. We will tell you which situation you are in rather than selling you a rush you do not need.
Standard vs rush at a glance
| Standard | Rush | |
|---|---|---|
| Rush fee | None | $125 flat |
| Express shipping and duties | Included | Included |
| Delivery after design approval | 21 days or less | Typically about a week faster |
| Grip socks | 28 days or less | Typically about a week faster |
| Availability | Always | Depends on quantity, date and current capacity |
Note where the clock starts in both columns: design approval, not your first email. Everything before approval moves at the speed of your replies, which is the part most people underestimate and the part most within your control.
The full timeline, start to finish
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| Free design concept after your request | 1 business day |
| Revisions | Unlimited and free, as fast as you turn them around |
| Production and delivery after approval | 21 days or less standard, about a week faster with rush |
| Grip socks | 28 days or less |
How to give a rush its best chance
The $125 buys you production speed. These buy you the rest, roughly in order of impact:
- Send your in-hands date first. Not after the designs come back. Knowing the deadline from the start changes what we recommend and lets us check capacity before you are committed.
- Approve quickly. A customer who replies within hours can be a week ahead of one who replies in three days, before production has even started. That is the same week the rush fee buys, available free.
- Send print-ready artwork. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) with your colours specified mean fewer rounds. Highly detailed artwork that needs simplifying adds them back.
- Decide sizes up front. Changing your size split after approval sets things back. Know whether you are doing One Size Fits Most or a split before you approve.
- Keep the quantity realistic. A larger run takes longer. If the date is immovable, a smaller batch for the event with the balance to follow is often the answer.
What we won't do
We will not promise a date we do not believe in just to take the order, and we will not skip the approval step or ship something you have not signed off on. If your deadline is not achievable, even with a rush, we would rather tell you on day one so you can plan around it than have you find out in week three.
When a date genuinely cannot be met, we will offer the best solution or options available at the time.
Planning ahead, if you have the luxury
For a dated event, work backwards: take your in-hands date, count back 21 days for production and delivery, then give yourself another week for design and approval. Four to five weeks out is comfortable and costs you nothing extra. If you aren’t sure, just let us know your in-hands date right away so we can advise the best date to place your order.
If you don't know the exact deadline, collaborate with our designers to finalize the design ahead of time so that we can hit ‘go’ on production when the time comes.
Frequently asked questions
